| Hey guys I'm new and I like the idea of this clan. | Well, I am night dagger on the ONM fourms, I really don't know much about Competitive Battling  . I like to read:study: , the book I am curremtly reading is The Book Thief. That book is one of the best I have read so far. This is a really nice place here. Looking forward to seeing ya all around. |

Ok, on a feraligatr a good set usually includes Ice Punch and Dragon dance over swords dance as tbh feraligatr could really use the speed boost, along with waterfall and earthquake you've made a good and balanced (although maybe a tad predictable) choice, however if you're fairly new to competitive battling or need a bit of a stronger option gyarados may be a better choice
EV spread: 252 atk, 252 speed 6 HP
Charizard imo you really need either modest or timid to unlock its full potential. Lose fly for air slash, and possibly get rid of earthquake for Dragon pulse, ancient power......... I would possibly lose this for focus blast in order to deal with rock types which charizard is most weak to.
EV spread: 220 sp.atk, 252 speed, 32 def
Slowking even with timid is still mega slow, max speed of 174? its pretty pathetic, modest will suit you so much better by giving its sp.atks a bit more power, speed EV's will not really help it at all and are basically wasted on this, however its ability to take a hit more than makes up for this. you need to lose water pulse in favor of the stronger STAB surf, Ice beam in preference over flamethrower, and possibly grass knot over Shadow ball/ focus blast?
EV spread: 220 HP, 240 sp.atk, 48 def

| Thanks a bunch. You brought up some really good points and gave me a lot of help with my Feraligatr problem (couldn't decide). But why get rid of Earthquake? It would really help against the more powerful electric types and rok types at the same time. But thanks for the advice on giving it Focus Blast. The main thing wih Charizard was trying to boost its defense. With Slowking, though, I've already got a lot of Modest Pokemon and it's getting kind of hackneyed now to have too many of them (Kingdra, Magmortar, Milotic, Ninetales, Rotom, Darkrai, Togekiss).
